Meet Darshak!

He is an incredibly accomplished international student from Anand, Gujarat, India. He graduated from the Research Analyst program in 2018 and is now taking Big Data Analytics.

His career ambition is to join a clinical research or data-driven company and work as a researcher or statistician.

He originally chose Â鶹ֱ²¥ because of its great placement record along with the very reputable RAPP program.

Darshak is getting the most he possibly can out of his time here in Canada and at Â鶹ֱ²¥. He currently has 5 part-time jobs:

  • a Research Assistant at York Region, Paramedic Centre
  • a director in the Â鶹ֱ²¥ Students’ Association
  • an assistant in the International Centre, Â鶹ֱ²¥
  • a peer tutor in Academic Success, Â鶹ֱ²¥
  • an airport greeter for the International Centre, Â鶹ֱ²¥

Darshak has embraced Canadian culture by trying skiing and snow tubing. He finds the weather very different here but still enjoys it.

If you see Darshak around the college (and you will) make sure to say hi and ask him his favourite things about Â鶹ֱ²¥!
