Course description
In this course, students acquire advanced knowledge of the object, structure, contents, and application of Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code (O.B.C.) as it relates to large buildings. They explore the requirements of the O.B.C. and other organizations in Canada and abroad and their impact on building design and construction.
